**Job Summary:**
We are seeking Warehouse Unloaders to join our team for a new project in Dayton, New Jersey. As a Freight Handler/Unloader, you will be responsible for unloading Grocery items such as seafood and sauces. This is a full-time position on the 1st shift. Pay is based on productivity. Current team is earning an average of $26/hour, but never earn less than $18/hour. Productivity is monitored daily; never any guesswork on productivity and pay. Shift is full time, 7am - 3:30pm (or until job is complete). Daily pay is available, and we offer a $200 employee referral bonus. Job offers will be made on the spot for qualified candidates.

**Qualifications:**
- No specific educational requirements
- Prior warehouse or unloading experience preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must live locally as this is not a travel team site

**Responsibilities:**
- Unload and handle retail items in a Grocery Cold Storage setting
- Work efficiently to meet production goals
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment
