**Job Title:** Project Manager **Location:** Remote **Employment Type:** Permanent **Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager with expertise in Comsense software, doors, frames, and hardware to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. - Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. - Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules, including resource allocation, timelines, and milestones. - Coordinate and manage project resources, including team members, subcontractors, and vendors. - Utilize Comsense software to manage and track project details, costs, and progress. - Ensure all projects adhere to building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. - Prepare and present regular project updates, status reports, and performance analysis to stakeholders. - Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams and stakeholders. - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. - Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor?s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the construction or building materials industry. - Proficiency in Comsense software is required. - Strong knowledge of doors, frames, and hardware products and their applications. - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. - Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project). **Benefits:** - Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses. - Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance. - Retirement savings plan with company match. - Generous paid time off and holiday schedule. - Professional development opportunities. **How to Apply:** Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their resume and a cover letter detailing their relevant experience and qualifications.
